The crest as it appears on the Austin Healey Sprite is the same as the one 
that appeared on Austins long before Healey.  I would assume that it is the 
Austin crest.  The diamonds stand for "constancy", if it is a skinny 
diamond, it could mean "travel and labour", as for the other symbol, I can't 
tell what the heck it is.
