Some of the super serious H,G, and F Prod guys have their rear axle case cut
and about 1 degree negative camber built in, and use a half shaft that has
an end like those Allen wrenches that can connect slightly off angle.

Probably because with a live axle car, body roll doesn't result in a camber 
change at the wheel or as much of a camber change as IRS does at the wheel.

I don't claim to be a big suspension expert and don't have a handy reference
