FWIW, Jim, your 68 SHOULD have had a smog pump on it. I finished the
restoration of my smog pump manufacture date 3/68. Since our 68 is the early
68 car, with two wipers, it was a BITCH finding the correct intake. This car
had the old UFO PCV system, AND the smog pump. Only done this way for the
first 6 months of 1968, so the correct intake is kinda scarce.
I hope to be getting the motor ready this weekend for a Memorial weekend
install....
