Daniel, It's not a J model, its a D, but definitely still flying... http://www.collingsfoundation.org/tx_f-4dphantom.htm I once got a ride in the F4 from Da Nang out to the USS America and back. The pilot was a drinking buddy at the Da Nang club. Probably illegal as hell but back then nobody much gave a $hit. What were they gonna do? Send us to Nam?? ;-) I guarantee you will mess your pants the first time you have to participate in a carrier trap! Cheers!!
