No grease.  The diff oil should lube them.
Press the bearings in with an hydraulic press, arbor press, or hammer and
wood block.
It is always a good idea to lube seals with a little oil before assembly.
Just get some 80/90 on you finger and rub it on the seals.  Maybe dip the
bearings in 80/90, too, before assembly.
