This really, really sucks. I had 2 bad experiences
with a couple of LBC staples, Nisonger instruments and
Hagerty Insurance, both made it right. In both cases I
got the "wrong guy" doing the work, and the right guy
on the phone correcting it. I believe it was John(ny
Rotten) Lydon who, upon walking off the stage at the
last Sex Pistols concert, said "Did you ever have the
feeling you've been cheated?". No worse feeling in
the world.
