Joe's the man when it comes to SU carbs. Never used him myself but
attended a tech session he spoke at a few years back in Joisey and he's
got more knowledge than he is able to easily convey. The
man knows his stuff .
I recommended a local friend to use him and he was more than pleased
with his work. He said his carbs came back looking like they were new.
What you ultimately do is your own decision. It's hard to comment since
I can't see the carbs and don't know exactly what you expected to be
doine with the cosmetics.
