Hello Jim,
       the "book" says its a two person operation.. one guy lifts the
       shaft with an 8" screwdriver through the hole in the tunnel
       where you lube the U-joints, while the other pushes the shaft
       into place... .. ..
       i like Paul A's idea of the stryofoam pellets..
       i'm about to do this myself, but with the 5 speed i can reach
       in through the shift boot hole and grab the drive shaft....
