You can always try the electronic supply websites. Do a search on
Newark Electronics, Allied Electronics, Digi-Key or Mouser Electronics.
These guys have thousands of toggles in every shape and size
imaginable.  Off-On-On switches are pretty unique.  You can usually find
On-On-On switches and not connect the output of the first position to
anything.
