Acetone may well increase milage but it cost more than gasoline. I know for a fact that lacquer thinner will run a Briggs & Stratton minibike engine, and it will run like a raped ape but not for long. When I was a kid with a Minibike, I stole a bit of my old man's lacquer thinner and used it as gas in the bike. Very quick, but as for mileage.... the piston came out the top after about 3 or 4 minutes of riding. -- Frank Clarici Toms River, NJ |
