Buster - I couldn't imagine doing that to a cop who stopped me. If I were a 
cop I would only imagine that that person is either crazy, drunk, or both. Do 
you ever think someone is drunk when they act like this, or are there 
indicators that tell you he isn't drunk, he's just an a**hole?
