I'm about out of ideas. I have a 1275 with a Datsun 5 speed. New flywheel,
new clutch, new pressure plate, new MG 1098 slave cylinder, new 1275/1500
master cylinder, new nylon clutch hose, no play in clevis pin at top.
Adjusted length of pushrod to release arm so throw out bearing contacts
pressure plate fingers but is not applying pressure.
Clutch does not completely disingage. Same problem before all above items
were replaced. No air in system, new fluid, no slop or play in any part of
system.. Is it possible the release arm is bending???
Any ideas before I pull this out again are appreciated.
