Looking down from above....Turn the jet adjusting nuts counterclockwise until they stop. Then turn them ftwo full turns ( 12 flats ) clockwise. That will get you to a good starting point. In order to richen the mixture continue to turn them clockwise ( dropping the jet relative to the needle ), and to lean the mixture turn them counterclockwise ( raising the jet relative to the needle ).
