The easy fix is a good 20/50 oil.
A slightly harder yet still simple fix is a new oil pressure relief 
spring and a cleaning of the thimble valve (whatever it is, it looks 
like a thimble)
And the worst case senerio, new engine bearings and oil pump.
I bet the O/P relief valve spring is weak.
And if it's a new one from Asia and 2 weeks old, it's shot.
