interestingly enough, the electrical code also says that
conduit shall be bent with deformation. the internal size of
the conduit is NOT ALLOWED to be reduced, the conduit
"flattened" or deformed. any such defromation would, will, and
does, harm the wire that is (to be) pulled thru the conduit,
and/or causes "hot spots" of increased resistance. that is WHY
is suggested an ELECTRICAL shop for bending of said rollbar
stock. ... as to proper design, mounting points, etc.... that
is another point altogether.
