That's why I made up my own VIN plate
to replace the one that was not there, that
should have been there...
It's not a case of being a wise guy as I'd
much rather do it the "right way"...it's
a case of avoiding complications with
a bureaucracy that can make life hell
for you if you happen to get one of
the "wrong" instead of one of the "right"
people. And you have no way of telling
this before you walk through the door
to "make matters right".
