The brown wire goes to the horn ring.
there should be a wire coming off the back of the ring.
If not, pop the steering wheel, unscrew the ring from behind the dash (3
screws) and fit a new wire to the ring.
You also need the plastic spring loaded horn contact from the wheel to
the ring.
