horn hook-up

looking for a little instruction wiring the horn...just bought a bugeye....It 
has new harness...I have found one wire behind the dash with an eye on it, 
and have wires under bonnet where horns go.....how do I hook up  to the horn 
ring button?    Hope thius description makes sense
