I was pretty careful with all the easily visible stuff, but I forgot about
those 2 bolts underneath. My jack stands are busy, so I was reaching
pretty much ) blindly under the car for the slave bolt and pin and drain
plugs.

Hey, this car came with an in-dash am/fm 8 track!!! No dash tho'. :)

Oh yeah! While Chuck was here, he looked at the '67 Midget engine briefly.
He agrees with me that the sleeves are touching on at least 2 cylinders, ( 1
& 2 ) and probably 3 & 4. He seemed to get a bit excited about the porting
and thought that the guides were a bit worn. :) Okay, a 'lot' worn. His
first words when he saw the block was something along the lines of 'blown
head gasket'. Looking at the deck of the block, it is strange to see the
small shiney sections between 1 & 2 and between 3 & 4 and the black section
between 2 & 3.
