Don't get me started... EXTREMELY BAD personal experience. I wouldn't fly
Northwest if the planet was going to explode and there had the last flight
off... They are the BIGGEST CROOKS GOING!! They REFUSED to refund a coupon
for future round trip travel (not a ticket) after my father died. They just
kept the money and wouldn't even offer a future flight of equivalent value.
