The degree of serious interest is proportional to amount invested
(buyer or seller). Half of the internet sellers who pay no listing
fee haven't bothered doing any research and ergo have no clue of
fair market value. Or they are just fishing and hoping for that
long shot stupido buyer.

That's why ebay works a little better. Not only u pay a listing
fee (read investment), but as part of the ebay community your
performance is rated. Sure u can rig it, but it's easier to get
honest feathers.
