The answer relates to the timezone that Franks computer located. Currently he
has it set to mountain time (-0700), see header below.

So while Frank and I know he is in Josiey, his computer thinks it is in Montana.
Now that all mailers use the timezone when displaying the message.
Maybe he is take lesson from Jay on how to confuse people about his real
location.
