RE: front bumber, Yes of No

I drove my Ford Ranger for 8 years without a front plate (dealer never
installed the mount, just through it in the truck) and my Scirocco for 4
years before that. Was pulled over a few times in that period and the
officer never even mentioned it. Maybe the other infractions took
precedence.
