Hi Bill
I would check for a blown diaphragm on the Dissy or a leaky vacuum tube. Get
out the carb cleaner and give her a squirt with the engine running, if the
rpm's go up then you got a leak. I had some bad ones on the charcoal
canister. Had a carb that wouldn't adjust no mater what I did.
