Robert,
The problem with the inner fulcrum pins is probably not unusual, especially
in your type of climate. I have had a lot of success freeing frozen metal
to metal by using Liquid Wrench. I would definately give a good penetrant
some time to do the work for you before you do much hammering. If I
remenber correctly the rubber is going to work against you (hammering) too,
if they're really stuck. As an aid to freeing them, try getting a hold of
the pin with some vice grips. Try to turn them if you can clear the tab
washer from the frame.
