Mostly, you guys told how to do better, what I have already done. :)
I do plan to disassemble the assembly (?), but would prefer to do it in the
warmth of my basement, instead of the order that they give in the manual. I
think that I'll go ahead with that plan.
Would a machine shop be able to gauge these coil springs?
