All the early Midgets had disc wheels too, whether destined for the USA or
other markets.  Wire wheels did not become a factory option on Sprites or
Midgets in any markets until 1963, and were never "standard" in the USA.
The "Ace" full wheel hubcaps were factory options on Midgets only.
