All I know is: with a new 7 psi radiator cap,
my 948 boils over into my catch tank @ 220-
225 F. Where do I fit on that chart?

I do - steam tables. For 0 to 10 psig (rounded to nearest deg F):
14.7 psia = 212 F
15.7 psia = 215 F
16.7 psia = 219 F
17.7 psia = 221 F
18.7 psia = 225 F
19.7 psia = 227 F
20.7 psia = 230 F
21.7 psia = 233 F
22.7 psia = 235 F
23.7 psia = 237 F
24.7 psia = 239 F
Hope it helps. The tables should be online somewhere. These were from
1997 Ashrae manual.
