Panhard Install

Hi

I purchased a Panhard rod kit from Winner's Circle which I am trying to
install.  The problem I see is that the plate on the left side of the gas
tank will be positioned right where my muffler is.  I could attempt to have
the exhaust pipe (2") re-routed some but there sure doesn't seem to be much
room left there.

Anybody dealt with this problem?
