Yes, this is Honda's VTEC engine.  It has been pushed in the new S8000 coupe to 
240H in a 2 liter engine (@8300rpm!).

For those who don't have a cultural objection to 
SushiRockets check out Honda's new S8000.
(rear wheel drive no less!)
