My only new Brit car was a BL Spitfire, and it was the absolute worst car I ever owned. After 3 years of replacing engines (3), trannys (5), rear ends (9) I sold the heap with almost 30,000 miles on it. I when back to an old BMC. Me and Triumph will never get along. And I even owned a Herald for a short time untill I took the engine out for my Spit. Remember this one...."Hark the Herald axles swing" -- Frank Clarici Toms River, NJ Bugeye Sprite 67 Sprite 59 A40 http://www.exit109.com/~spritenut/ |
