Hi Mark, list

The side of the engine block can be drilled and tapped for a breather.  Also, 
you can run a big breather from the rocker cover.  Not least, with some but 
not all of the belt drive timing kits you can run a breather that shouldn't 
interfere with anything.

Breathing in my experience only becomes a problem when the rpm is going over 
6,000 on a regular basis.  If you ever get to see an A-Series engine car 
being run on a dyno and the oil breathers have clear pipes you can see them 
start to vent over 6,000rpm and really work hard (you can see a strong oil 
mist) once 7,000rpm is reached.  Others experience may vary and maybe they 
can comment on their experience.

If you are worried about the CR and the boost pressure just use some octane 
boost.
