If you look at the date line you will see -0800 which is his time zone
when meausred from GMT. Since you are using Netscape, you can view
the complete mail headers by selecting 'View/Header/Full'. This offset
is used so a mailer can figure out when a messages was really sent.
That -0800 should be -0500.
