For ease of installing new radius arm bushings try this trick.
Place the new bushings in the freezer (ask the wife first) over night.
heat the arms with a torch or if your wife is nice, in the oven.
Take the cold bushings and pop them into the warm arms.
The bushings shrink, the arms expand, and everything fits fine.
Let them reach room temperature before installing in the car.
Make sure you have all of the old bushings out, they are
metal/rubber/metal and besure to clean the hole where the new bushings
go, use a bit of sandpaper to make sure it is smooth.
Gentle tapping with a hammer may be needed but they should fit snug.
Do not beat them to death and be sure to properly support the arm
because you can bend it if you beat it too hard with a hammer.
Place it on a 2x4 to minimize the chance of bending it.
