AFAIK, any valve cover from the original 803cc Standard Eight motor up to
the last 1493cc Spitfire motor is interchangeable with any other. Other than
vent/nonvent issues, the only other factor is that 948 and 1147cc "front oil
cap" valve covers won't fit under a Spitfire bonnet (guess how I know that).
