I don't have internet access at work so I'm just assuming that you are
talking about the bypass/deceleration valve on the ZS carb. I just got one
of those from Spit Bits for around $10 for my '79 Spit. Let me know if you
need me to give you the part number and I can look it up at home. It was
easy to install and definitely needed since the old one was stiff and
inflexible.
