Hello Shotimes,

Thank you for welcoming me on board. I have a problem and I don't know how
to access the incredible wealth of information you guys have at hand. I have
two requests. The first is how do I access the information?

The second request is how to diagnose a problem I am having with my car. It
is electrical in nature and it is not what I would call a simple one. It deals
with the cars' electrical system. I find myself driving around with no
problems and then wham. There seems to an what an electronic or electric
specialist would call an open in the circuit. The car loses it power. All
kind of idiot lights come on and the heater air-conditioner cuts out. The
battery light comes off an on and the either runs badly or shuts of completely.
All of the easy-armchair mechanics say it is a matter of the alternator or
battery. The battery is good as it always starts the car and it really runs
fine. My concern is with a power wire coming from the battery but it could be
anywhere. It could be under the dash or ???????

This is a 1992 Ford Taurus SHO with the 3.0 engine with the 5 speed.

  Please help!

I am going to look at the information available on the web site.

  Please respond a photographerbrucebender@yahoo.com

  Thank You.
