I actually prefer this method.=C2=A0 When you print directly from an intern=
et browser you never know what you are going to get.=C2=A0 Generating a PDF=
lets you know before you commit a sheet of paper.

This is not an elegant solution, but when you are ready to print from the =
Internet, select "print to PDF" as the printer selection. If that works, yo=
u could they just reset the printer to your normal printer and then print t=
he local PDF file.

Can you print a web page wirelessly from another device? Any way you can ru=
n an ethernet cable from the computer directly to the printer? I had a prob=
lem with a Brother 2170. Ended up calling Brother T/S and they walked me th=
rough a hard reset, which finally worked. Does that MFC have a USB port? Yo=
u might try that,too, if it's available.

Will print perfectly from word=E2=80=A6excel=E2=80=A6 anything from desktop

Will not print from internet

I=E2=80=99ve done the following

Powered everything including router off and back on in sequence

Pc finds printer on wifi =E2=80=A6 both pc and printer are on same=C2=A0 2.=
4 node/network

Reloaded software/firmware/reset printer to factory default and set up ever=

Router recognizes printer and pc=E2=80=A6.. no error messages or codes show=

Just a generic message that says =E2=80=9Csomething went wrong when you tri=

Printer will print self test internally and from pc
