With the various vehicles, equipment, and race cars around here I seem to
end up with a fair amount of waste oil and antifreeze. I finally went to the
paint supplier and purchased six 5 gallon white buckets with lids that have
the collapsible pour spouts. I marked 4 of them "waste oil", and two of them
"antifreeze".
When they get full I load them in the truck and take them to the drive thru
county recycle center. Where two people in full-on chemical suits and masks
come out and instruct me to stay in the truck while they unload the
dangerous motor oil...
