Got a question, I have installed a new Hydrovac on my truck rebuilt some wheel cylinders, replaced the vacuum lines etc. After bleeding the brakes in the proper sequence in the shop manual. I still have to pump the pedal once to get brakes on the second time the pedal is strong and works ok. Any suggestions on what I am doing wrong. I have bleed the system twice.
