Thanks to all who responded on my bed mounting question.  Without the
cab mounted on the frame it was difficult making sure I mocked it up
properly.  (Had to take measurements for a custom Class III trailer
hitch installation which will be hidden behind the license plate cutout
in the rolled pan.) You guys just confirmed what I thought was right.
