For all that are interested, I just got off the phone with JC Whimper and 
have the #'s for their front and rear springs.
For a 1948 Chevrolet 3100:

front # : 07NT2039R
Price ea: $74.98 

Rear # : S1139 and 94-2681-B
Price ea: $89.98

Price to have all 4 sent to my house in Ga: $348.82 (this included shipping)
They DO NOT have the shackles for these springs!
