[oletrucks] Rocker Arm Studs

I have checked just about everywhere I know to check and have not been
successful in locating replacement rocker arm studs for my 58 V8 GMC
engine.  These would be screw in type rather than pressed in.  Also, they
are hollow from the bottom side with a side hole to oil the rocker arm.
Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated.
