I doubt very much that your frame rail is off 7/16". But, you can get some
more positive by removing the washer on the eye side of the eyebolt.
Make sure that the original wheels are not bent and giving an erroneous
reading. With radials, the toe in should be 1/8" to zero, not the 3/32" in
the manual.
