Use the Force, err, Monster List: http://www.dimebank.com/monster to
read about user experiences with vendors. Basically, Minors in the
US are supported by Mini Mania on the west coast and Mini City
on the east ... and lots of smaller shops. Paul Asgeirsson of Morriservice
hangs out on this list and can supply parts (and service if
you're around Portland, OR). Jim Pocan of British Auto
Parts in Marcola, OR is another good source of parts. David Anton
of APT has all the A series engine go-fast parts you could want. There
are other suppliers of A series parts, but most of them will not have
(or know about) the slight differences required for the Minor.

APT sells a really nice exhaust system for the 1275 going into the Minor.
I'm very happy with mine. Get an LCB (long center branch) header
while you're at it!

Yeah. Lots of folks put on Spridget front disks - a very straightforward
swap. Most of the vendors mentioned above can sell you the parts you need.

I have a Practical Classics book on rebuilding Minors that has been
very useful.

I started with a TR4A - while many of the parts on the Minor are
familiar in design and intent, there is very little direct carryover
other than the various Lucas bits. The Minor shared the BMC parts
bin, not the Standard-Triumph one...
