                       It would appear that we are looking in the wrong 
direction for a solu-
tion to the pollution problem; the Rev. Aubrey Vaughan, (head of the Citizens 
for a
Cleaner Houston?), has said that God is the "only one who can control 
pollution prob-
lems." "...a good, hard, steady rain would help us all" and probably change 
the hue of
Houston's sky to blue?
