Reality reality check
Gerry is right.
When I bought my 4/4 from Sutton and Phlug, the California DMV registered it
as a ''66 instead of a '65 because their cut off date for imported cars which
were identified only by vehicle ID nos. had a cut of date of Sept. 30.
Matilda was registered on Oct. 8 therefore was a '66.

PS. Except for series V Compitition models, 4/4 s did not come from the works
with a tach or a temp gauge. These were extras which the dealer installed.
If memory servs the temp gauge was not standard on the Comp.
