Lloyd,
I have quite a bit of land for available which I will sell you on a note.
 Mountaintop in Oklahoma starting at $750 per acre and will negotiate for
Texas land over a little branch and the hair of the brush.  Certainly you
will get replies to any fax, except for times that I will be drying off
due to my 4/4 having been stuck behind Nogueria, who probably had to stop
in the rain in heavy traffic to help put my generator back on.
