There is a torque and tightening sequence recommended in Autopress Ltd
workshop manual for Morgans (1936-1969).  (copyright 1971)

The torque spec listed for TR2 is 60-65 ft-lbs while TR3/4/4A are all
100-105 ft-lbs.
