    Like another response already indicated, most of the stuff you need 
should be available for Summit Racing or Jegs.  For the brake light try 
www.partsamerica.com.  An alternative plan would be to try and get to your 
race a day early and go to a Walmart.  The cam type belts are not allowed, 
so therefore the latch type is all you can use.  The GForce restraints ought 
to be fine as they are SFI certified, however I doubt that the Leaf 
restraints are ok due to the fact that most of the Leaf stuff is Karting 
gear.
